Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has appointed Stephen Wilson as head of residential property management at Edmond de Rothschild REIM (UK).
Wilson was previously operations director at Addington Capital’s property management arm AddLiving and prior to that he was head of London property management at Touchstone.
In his new role, Wilson will join the firm’s UK management committee, headed by chairman John Partridge, and will support Edmond de Rothschild REIM’s affordable housing and build-to-rent investment strategies.
Pierre Jacquot, co-CEO of Edmond de Rothschild REIM, said: “Stephen has a proven track record of successfully running teams in multiple locations and delivering outperformance to PRS owners. He has experience and expertise in both PRS and affordable housing and as a member of our UK management committee, will contribute to the growth of the EdR REIM platform in its growing living strategy.”
