Vivienne King is starting a new role as an independent strategic advisor to the real estate sector.
King, who will continue as The Good Economy’s senior associate lead for commercial real estate, will be taking a step back from the organisation so that she can work with a range of other businesses who want to achieve their full social sustainability potential from the built environment.
In her new role as an independent advisor, King will provide strategic, practical support to real estate industry leaders and the organisations they run in developing and implementing portfolio impact strategies based on their corporate priorities and the needs of local communities.
King said: “Taking the sustainable route to business delivery is critical to protecting value and improving operational resilience and contributes towards a better world. Drawing on my multi-disciplinary real estate experience, I look forward to supporting all organisations involved in the built environment to understand and manage the positive impact they can achieve for society.”
