The new living market advisory business Victus Real Estate has bolstered its team with two key hires from Avison Young.
John Totman, who has more than five years’ experience of advising on transactions across the build-to-rent (BTR) sector, joins Victus as associate director and Ella Barron, who has spent the last three years working with residential developers, investors and local authorities on land and capital markets transactions as well as development consultancy, joins as a surveyor.
