Quintain has agreed a deal with Second Floor Studios & Arts to more than double the number of affordable artist workspaces at Wembley Park.
Second Floor Studios & Arts opened 6,880 sq ft of studio space at Wembley Park in 2018 and a new lease agreement with Quintain will see the organisation open an additional 8,293 sq ft of studio space at the site later this year – 25% more than required under Quintain’s planning permission.
