Inclusive fashion and homeware digital retail platform N Brown has signed for the 95,000 sq ft Link95 unit at Hareshill Distribution Park in Heywood.
N Brown has agreed a 10-year lease with landlord Colliers Global Investors on the space, which was previously occupied by McCormick’s.
Link95 is located close to the major motorway networks north of Manchester, with easy access to the whole of the North West.
Ken Mellis, head of workplace, facilities and engineering at N Brown, said: “Our aim is to ensure that N Brown customers are provided an outstanding customer service proposition through our supply chain operations. Link95 meets our needs for the handling of our homeware product and, with unrivalled access to the motorway network in the north, as well as easy access to our head office in Manchester city centre and our main distribution site in Shaw.”
Nathan Khanverdi, from the Colliers industrial team, which represented the landlord on the letting, added: “Securing this new lease, with no vacancy period underscores the exceptional quality of the building and the prime location in Heywood. Savills acted on behalf of N Brown and CBRE was joint letting agent at Link95 with Colliers.
