Grosvenor is merging its property investment and development teams as part of its strategy to invest substantially in its regional investment and development pipeline over the next decade.

The combined team will be led by Rachel Dickie (pictured), who will take on the role of executive director, investment and development from 1 April.

Grosvenor has also announced that Anna Bond, executive director for development, has decided to leave the firm later in the spring after 16 years with the business. Bond led asset, investment and property management during her time as portfolio director for the London estate.

James Raynor, CEO of Grosvenor Property UK, said: “We have an ambitious growth strategy and, by consolidating two teams where we will be investing significant capital under Rachel Dickie’s leadership, we are bringing together some fantastic expertise that will greatly benefit our activity in the regions and in London.

“In her time at Grosvenor, Anna has delivered a hugely successful development programme and made a significant and positive contribution to the business. We wish her all the best for the future.”
