St Modwen Logistics has commenced construction on circa 125,000 sq ft of warehouse space across two units at Trident Business Park in Warrington.
The company is targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating for the 45,000 sq ft and 80,000 sq ft units, with the larger warehouse fitted with rooftop solar PV.
Caddick Construction is acting as main contractor on the project and completion is targeted for late December 2024.
