Godwin Developments has promoted development directors Marcus Phayer, Simon Handslip and Simon Boreham to divisional managing directors.
Phayer’s division focuses on delivering best-in-class development opportunities with strong ESG credentials and moving forward, it will continue to target a mix of large-scale strategic land promotions, sites with outline planning for speculative development, and the repositioning of well-located last-mile sites that have the potential for refurbishment or redevelopment.
Handslip leads the commercial team at Godwin and currently has 15 live projects with more than 20 national occupiers and Boreham will lead the firm’s residential division.
