Moda Living has created a bespoke mentoring programme with Pathways to Property designed to educate and inspire young people about the career opportunities the built environment sector presents.
Moda will welcome more than 50 female identifying mentees aged 17-18 from a wide range of different backgrounds to the programme over the next five years.
Students taking part in the programme will be offered at least two full days of shadowing a mentor in person and the programme will also support the students in their development of professional skills, such as CV writing, leadership and communication.
The first intake of 10 mentees has already been confirmed, with the first mentoring sessions due to commence in the coming weeks.

This International Women’s Day we are so proud to be launching a mentoring programme to help more young women prepare for the professional world and give them a taste of the many fantastic career paths that are on offer to them in the built environment, and to share our new video showcasing just a few of the amazing women working across our delivery pipeline.
