Newmark Group launches flagship Paris office

Newmark Group has established a flagship office in Paris and hired industry veterans Francois Blin and Emmanuel Frénot to lead the team.

Blin and Frénot (pictured) join from JLL and CBRE as chief business officer and deputy chief business officer, respectively.

The new team also includes Antoine Salmon and Vianney d’Ersu, co-heads of retail leasing, who join from Knight Frank; Jérôme de Laboulaye, managing director, who joins from CBRE capital markets France; Nicolas Coutant from JLL; and David Bourla, head of research, who joins from Knight Frank.

Newmark’s Paris office will initially focus on capital markets and leasing and is located at 32 Boulevard Haussmann 75009 Paris in the ninth arrondissement.
