The Hill Group has appointed Chris Santer as the company’s new head of land.
Santer started his career at Leach Homes and following a 15-year stint with the company he joined Matthew Homes as senior land manager covering the northern home counties. He joins The Hill Group from Hayfield Homes when he has spent the last four years as area land director.
In his new role, Sander will be responsible for residential land acquisitions across the East of England in support of Hill’s five-year business plan and growth strategy. He will prioritise short- to medium-term projects that can achieve planning approval and commence construction within a three-year window.
