Quadrant has received outline planning consent for 375 new homes and 35,000 sq m (circa 377,000 sq ft) of Grade A commercial space on land surrounding Eureka Business Park in Ashford, Kent.
The consent covers a 52-hectare site to the north of the M20 and Ashford Golf Course. The scheme will provide much needed new homes – 30% affordable – alongside commercial space to meet the demands of modern occupiers from the corporate, life sciences and R&D sectors.
