IPIF has completed two lettings totalling more than 22,500 sq ft at Millars Business Park at Fishponds Close, Wokingham.
Hiper Global UK has taken the 13,808 sq ft Unit 5 and Carbon Rewind has leased the 8,698 sq ft Unit 4. Both deals are on 10-year terms and the quoting rent is £15.50/sq ft.
Millars Business Park comprises four Grade A industrial and warehouse units totalling 32,630 sq ft. There are now just two units of 5,440 sq ft and 4,692 available to let, which can be combined to form a larger unit of 10,132 sq ft.

IPIF was advised by Haslams Surveyors and Cushman & Wakefield on the lettings.
