LondonMetric Property has appointed Sandy Gumm as a non-executive director.
Gumm, who is a qualified chartered accountant with more than 31 years’ of commercial real estate and finance experience, was most recently a non-executive director of LXi REIT and prior to that a non-executive director of Secure Income REIT (SIR).
She was chief operating officer of, and a shareholder in, Prestbury Investment Partners, which was the investment adviser to SIR before its merger with LXi.
Earlier in her career, Gumm worked for KPMG in Sydney and London before becoming group financial controller of Burford Holdings in 1995.
