St Modwen Logistics has recruited Adam Haley from SEGRO as a director in its portfolio and asset management team.
At SEGRO, Haley, who has more than 15 years’ industrial and logistics experience, was responsible for the management of the firm’s national markets portfolio. He also previously worked at DHL, where he helped to expand and manage the DHL Midlands portfolio.
In his new role, Haley will be instrumental for operating and growing St Modwen Logistics’ assets under the Indurent logistics brand, which Blackstone intends to launch in July this year.
He will work with Gordon Kellie, head of portfolio, to improve and expand the company’s customer relationships and ensure their requirements are met through the development and acquisition of best-in-class sustainable warehousing.
Haley said: “High-quality sustainable warehousing is an increasingly important tool in the arsenal of occupiers seeking to advance their own net zero goals and facilitate the sustainable expansion of their business. St Modwen Logistics is rightly recognised as a leader in the nationwide provision of space for industrial and logistics occupiers of all sizes. This new role presents the exciting opportunity to work with an extremely talented team to bolster the firm’s track record of developing and managing a portfolio of best-in-class warehousing aligned to customer needs.”
Kellie added: “Adam’s appointment will accelerate the growth of our portfolio and cement our position as one of the UK’s leading owners and developers of high-quality logistics stock. As the business undergoes a period of transition, Adam’s experience in driving cross-team collaboration and delivering outstanding value for customers will be of huge benefit to the team.”
