Avison Young has appointed Hollie Ruddle as regional investment director in the company’s Bristol office.

Ruddle, who has more than 20 years’ commercial property experience in the South West, previously worked for Clifton Agency, LSH and Cushman & Wakefield.

In her new role, she will work alongside the firm’s investment, sector and consultancy teams to support the ambitions of both regional and national investment clients.

Mark Frampton, principal and managing director of regional investment at Avison Young UK, said: “We welcome Hollie to the team at a time of significant opportunity. This is a further positive step, as we continue to grow our investment teams across the UK, with a focus now on Leeds and Edinburgh, and complements the recent appointment Chris Ward, investment director in Manchester and Scott Mitchell, director of retail investment, in London.”

Sarah-Jane Osborne, regional managing director for Bristol at Avison Young UK, added: “We’re very pleased to be bringing Hollie on board in Bristol. It’s an exciting time for our Bristol office, with so much increased investment in the South West. Regional growth is a crucial part of our wider strategy and Hollie’s appointment will certainly help to support us to continue to deliver real value to our clients.”

Ruddle said: “I’m delighted to be joining Avison Young and returning to being based in the South West full-time. With a host of projects already underway, I’m very much looking forward to collaborating with new colleagues and securing opportunities for clients to fulfil their requirements.”
