Capital & Regional has appointed Gerry Murphy as a non-executive director.
Murphy, who is currently a non-executive director of Currys and was previously senior independent director of Capital & Counties Properties, will join the firm’s audit, nominations and remuneration committees.
He will take over as audit committee chairman from Ian Krieger following the company’s AGM on 3 June 2024, at which point Krieger will stand down from the board, having served his full nine-year term as an independent director of the company.
