CBRE has appointed Paul Surgeon from Montagu Evans as a director in its rating team.
Surgeon was a founding member of Montagu Evans’ Manchester office after joining the business from Lambert Smith Hampton.
During his career he has represented private and public sector clients on major town centre regeneration schemes and he operates across a range of sectors, including specialist areas such as healthcare.
