London flexible workspace operator LentaSpace has appointed former Argyll and Beaumont Offices COO Tim Giles as managing director.
Giles has more than 30 years’ experience in the flexible office sector and served as COO of Argyll and Beaumont Offices from 2017 to 2023. In his new role, Giles will work closely with LentaSpace chairman Mark Gibbor.
Giles said: “I’m excited about this role. With such an established brand I see my remit as one of evolution, not revolution. I am looking forward to working with the team, meeting our clients and taking the business forward.”
LentaSpace was established in 1981 and currently manages a portfolio of 13 buildings across the capital.
