Placefirst appoints Hwang to CIO role

Single-family rental developer and operator Placefirst has appointed Anna Hwang to the newly created role of chief investment officer.

Hwang, who was previously director of assets and strategy at Placefirst, will be responsible for increasing the company’s residential portfolio, developing and executing its investment strategy and overseeing the management of its investment portfolio.

David Mawson, CEO of Placefirst, said “Anna has been a brilliant addition to the senior leadership team at Placefirst, and we’re looking forward to seeing what she’ll achieve in her new role as chief investment officer.
