Cinch Self Storage has purchased the 14,500 sq ft Paragon House headquarters-style building at Woburn Park Industrial Estate in Bedford.
The light industrial, storage and office building, which sits on a 1.4-acre site, has changed hands for an undisclosed sum.
Andrew Clarke, agency associate at Kirkby Diamond, which acted for the private landlord on the sale alongside Louch Shacklock, said: “I am very pleased to announce that this has resulted in a sale of the freehold interest to Cinch Self Storage to expand its existing sites profile. Paragon House is not only individual but of high quality and offers room for further expansion of around 10,000 sq ft of the built area which was of particular interest to many of the parties who viewed. We would like to wish the company enormous success at its new site.”
