Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have secured planning permission for 170,000 sq ft of urban logistics space in Adlington, Cheshire.
The joint venture partners will speculatively build the Avro Business Park scheme, which sits on a 7.8-acre site south of Poynton town centre and has a projected GDV of circa £36m.
The scheme will comprise 11 BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+-rated units ranging from 7,000 sq ft to 29,000 sq ft, available on a leasehold or freehold basis.
Construction is scheduled to commence in October, with practical completion expected in October 2025.
