Build-to-rent (BTR) operator Get Living has signed up to use ESG technology platform Measurabl.
Initially, Measurabl will support the data collection and management of 4,000 residential units across key Get Living developments in London and Manchester.
Measurabl’s platform will enable Get Living to manage its carbon footprint while delivering on ambitious expansion plans to add 6,500 new units to the pipeline across the UK.
The software platform will also enable Get Living to identify energy reduction opportunities by centralising, monitoring and measuring its ESG data, to minimise the company’s energy and water consumption and the production of waste and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
