Cushman & Wakefield has hired Anthony Dixon from Allsop as the company’s new head of living land and development.
In his new role, Dixon will lead development and land transactions and advise Cushman & Wakefield’s clients across the living sectors, including all tenures of residential, senior living, PBSA and co-living.
He will report to David Haynes – Cushman’s head of UK specialist markets – and work alongside head of living Charles Whitworth, as well as Paul Wickenden, Jim Cooper and Declan Pope in the living land and development team.
Haynes said: “Our continued investment into our living offering enables us to support the growing number of developers and investors focused on residential opportunities as a viable route to capital growth. Anthony is a highly accomplished specialist who joins at a time of significant expansion, both within the living team at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as the wider sector as a whole.
“Anthony will work with our teams supporting clients on the repurposing of assets and help clients dispose of land and buildings to capitalise on the strength of the living sector. The UK living sector is set to enjoy sustained growth over the next five years and Anthony joins a strong team delivering value-adding advice and insight to our clients.”
Dixon added: “I am thrilled to join Cushman & Wakefield’s living team. The firm has an outstanding reputation globally, and I look forward to collaborating with my talented colleagues across the country to deliver exceptional advice and results for our clients.”
