A school in South Croydon with redevelopment potential has hit the market with a price tag of £7.5m+.
The John Whitgift Foundation is selling its freehold interest in The Old Palace of John Whitgift Pre-school & Preparatory School, which sits on a 4.6-acre site on Melville Avenue.
The site, which comprises 11 individual buildings, will be sold with vacant possession following the closure of the school at the end of this summer term.
The site benefits from a good provision of outside space, including a large playing field, three hard-surfaced games courts and other hard-standing areas.
