Specialist lender United Trust Bank (UTB) has bolstered its property development team with three new hires.
Daniel Carlisle, who has more than 25 years’ in real estate banking working with lenders including Investec and NatWest/RBS, has been appointed senior director – property development.
In his new role, he will support housebuilders and developers operating across London and the South of England with a range of development finance and exit solutions.
Gary Hunt has joined UTB from Close Brothers Property Finance as manager – property development, and Sean Skelt has joined the company from Arbuthnot Latham as manager – property development.
Adam Bovingdon, head of property development at United Trust Bank, said: “We’ve had a busy year so far with credit approvals of almost half a billion pounds in the first six months of 2024.
