Dolphin Living has hired Matthew Lamb from Pocket Living as the company’s new development director.
Prior to working at Pocket Living, Lamb, who has almost 20 years’ of residential sector experience, worked for build-to-rent (BTR) developer Essential Living and before that he worked in CBRE’s project management team.
In his new role, he will oversee Dolphin’s development strategy with a particular focus on the delivery of affordable high-quality homes for working Londoners.

It is clear that his guidance and insight will be instrumental in supporting the team to build upon their excellent work to date.”
