Dolphin Living hires new development director from Pocket Living

Dolphin Living has hired Matthew Lamb from Pocket Living as the company’s new development director. 

Prior to working at Pocket Living, Lamb, who has almost 20 years’ of residential sector experience, worked for build-to-rent (BTR) developer Essential Living and before that he worked in CBRE’s project management team. 

In his new role, he will oversee Dolphin’s development strategy with a particular focus on the delivery of  affordable high-quality homes for working Londoners.

Olivia Harris, chief executive of Dolphin Living, said: “Matthew’s experience in the affordable and rental sectors will be invaluable as we progress our mission of building more high-quality, affordable homes for the city’s critical workers near to their places of work. It is clear that his guidance and insight will be instrumental in supporting the team to build upon their excellent work to date.”

Lamb added: “Dolphin Living is well-known for its innovative approach to the delivery of high-quality affordable housing and so I am incredibly excited to be part of a team which so proactively drives change in the industry. The company has made significant strides in recent years, and I am very much looking forward to working with the team going forwards.”
