London Councils has taken approximately 10,000 sq ft at CIT’s newly refurbished 12 Arthur Street office scheme in the City of London.
The collective of the London Boroughs and the City of London Corporation will occupy the fourth floor of the building, which offers Cat A open plan space.
The comprehensive refurbishment, which includes a newly remodelled reception lobby, was designed by Morrow + Lorraine Architects and there are now only two floors available in the building of approximately 10,000 sq ft each.
