CBRE has promoted Rob Madden to the role of head of UK leasing.
Madden, who has more than 26 years’ of real estate experience, 17 of which have been at CBRE, has worked in a number of different leadership roles and was most recently head of London advisory and transaction services at CBRE. This role will now be taken on by Andy Monighan.
In this new role, Madden will be responsible for establishing and driving CBRE’s growth strategies to enable continued expansion of its leasing line of business across the UK, covering offices, industrial and retail.
He will work in partnership with Julie Ennis, head of UK occupier, overseeing CBRE’s tenant advisory teams, to drive strategy and innovation, promote collaboration and deliver an integrated, end-to-end service to clients.
