Socially responsible development company Stories has hired Emma Roberts from Grosvenor as a project director.
At Grosvenor, Roberts – who has more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry – led strategic property developments across the company’s London estate.
In her new role, she will help to secure new opportunities for Stories’ joint venture with Aviva, whose aim is to deliver purposeful property projects across the UK.
Roberts said: “I am thrilled to be joining Stories at a time when the company is leading the charge in socially and environmentally sustainable development, working with some fantastic partners. I look forward to working with the talented team at Stories to further their vision of creating impactful and sustainable communities.”
