Catella APAM has agreed an office upsizing deal with law firm Mills & Reeve at One City Square in Leeds.
The real estate asset and investment management, which acted on behalf of Danish pension fund Britannia Invest A/S, agreed a 10-year lease on the space with the law firm.
Mills & Reeve is expanding its presence in the building from 6,400 sq ft to 10,400 sq ft on the fourth floor.
Chalwe Silwizya, asset manager at Catella APAM, said: “We are pleased to see Mills & Reeve commit to a long-term future at One City Square with a significant increase in space. This move reflects the building’s ability to accommodate the growth of prestigious tenants and the strength of the Leeds market.”
Alex Hailey, from CBRE Leeds, which acted on the letting, added: “Mills & Reeve’s decision to expand in One City Square is testament to the comprehensive refurbishment that Catella APAM undertook. The building now benefits from onsite fitness facilities, a shared business lounge, shared meeting space and an on-site café. These added amenities will support Mills & Reeve in attracting and retaining talent as they look to continue their growth in Leeds.”
