The High Court has dismissed the judicial review brought against Camden Council’s decision to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of One Museum Street in Central London.
The ruling confirms a previous High Court judgment handed down in July and reaffirms that the planning process was conducted properly.
Designed by DSDHA, the development will deliver approximately 175,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 44 new homes, 19 of which will be designated affordable.

BC Partners Real Estate and Simten intend to commence construction in 2025 with completion expected in 2028.
