London Square has purchased an office site in Brook Green, West London, with planning consent for residential conversion for an undisclosed price.
The 0.89-acre site, which comprises five former school buildings that have been used as offices since the early 1980s, has planning consent for 33 apartments.
London Square intends to create a high-end boutique residential development within the existing buildings, combining Victorian period character, high ceilings and mezzanine floors with high specification interiors.
In addition to a private courtyard and garden, the development will also feature a residents’ gym and bike storage.
