Conor McIntyre has joined Kajima Ireland from Clyde Real Estate in Dublin as a senior investment manager.
In his new role, he will focus on leading transactional due diligence and will leverage his experience in transaction management, asset management and reporting across multiple asset classes.
McIntyre said: “I am delighted to be joining the Kajima Ireland team, supporting its residential project pipeline and growth. I look forward to an exciting period where we actively continue Kajima’s strategic development by providing more high-quality, affordable accommodation for the Irish market, addressing the existing gap in the living sector as well as establishing and focussing our presence in the logistics sector.”
