Knight Frank has bolstered its UK industrial and logistics team with two new senior hires.
Tori Forster (pictured) joins Knight Frank from Glenny as a senior negotiator focused on East London. Prior to working for Glenny, Forster spent three years as real estate project manager at online grocery retailer Ocado, where she oversaw site selection, acquisitions and disposals across its nationwide network of distribution hubs.
Knight Frank has also recruited Charlie Perkins who joins the company’s West London team as a senior surveyor following six years at Altus Group and, most recently, Vail Williams.
The company has also made three new permanent graduate hires in its I&L team. Abigail Cunningham and Oliver Wallis join the team’s East and West London teams respectively and Henry Bradshaw has been appointed to focus on lease advisory.
Paul Mussi, partner at Knight Frank, has also returned to the team following a sabbatical to lead business development initiatives alongside his work in the East London market.
Charles Binks, head of UK industrial and logistics at Knight Frank, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome Tori and Charlie to the Knight Frank logistics and industrial team. These two appointments, in addition to the hiring of Abigail Ollie and Henry, strengthen our growing team. Paul Mussi will be using his 30+ years’ experience to focus on business development opportunities across London and the South East. These appointments support our ambitious plans to grow our service offering and capabilities, bolstering our ability to serve our clients’ needs.”
Gus Haslam, head of West London in Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics team, added: “I’m delighted to have Charlie join our West London team, bringing with him six years’ experience working on a number of multi-let estates and mid-box units in the region. He will also be joined by our permanent graduate hire Ollie Wallis. Along with partners, Shaun Rogerson and James Maskey, we remain in a strong position to advise and service all our clients.”
Tom Kennedy, head of East London in Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics team, said: “I’m pleased to welcome Tori to the team. Her experience working client side with Ocado and as an agent in the East London market will make her an invaluable team member. We have also recently permanently hired Abigail Cunningham who has shown great potential and is already building key client relationships. Between us, we are well positioned to support our clients.”
