Muse has grown its team in the North West with the appointment of Matt Whiteley and Adam Bennett.
Whiteley has joined the company from Harworth Group as senior development manager. In his new role, he will support the delivery of Muse’s regional pipeline.
Muse has also recruited Adam Bennett as senior new homes manager. Bennett (pictured), who has joined the business from Vistry, has more than 20 years’ experience in customer relations and management roles. In his new role, he will help lead at the concluding stages of residential projects.
Phil Marsden, managing director at Muse – North West, said: “Matt and Adam bring a wealth of experience to the team. Matt’s experience delivering transformative projects across the North West will be invaluable as we progress our regeneration plans in St Helens and across the region. He will play a key role to ensure we deliver community focused new places of which the community can genuinely be proud.
“Adam will then be crucial in helping us deliver on our end-to-end ambitions as a place maker, ensuring that high quality standards are maintained to the conclusion of a project and that people receive quality aftercare as they move into their new homes.”
Whiteley added: “Muse has an excellent reputation for working in partnership to deliver regeneration and placemaking across the country. I’m looking forward to building on the team’s existing track record and being able to offer new and different perspectives from my own experience.”
