Gleeds has signed for 13,000 sq ft at Schroders Capital and The Berners-Allsopp Estate’s Berners & Wells building at 58-60 Berners Street and 14-17 Wells Street in London’s Fitzrovia.
The consultancy has taken the space across the lower ground, ground and fifth floor of the 60,000 sq ft building on a 15-year lease for its new global headquarters.
Designed by architects Emrys, Berners & Wells is located in the centre of Fitzrovia, and following completion of the letting to Gleeds there are now three floors totalling 23,000 sq ft available to let.
