Caddick has appointed Jessica Herman as the company’s new head of ESG and sustainability.
Herman joins Caddick from sustainability consultancy JustOne UK, where she was associate sustainability director, and prior to that she was a senior sustainability adviser at JLL.
In her new role, she will work closely with Caddick’s senior leaders who form part of its ESG taskforce and lead governance of the company’s ‘Places for Life’ ESG strategy.
Herman will also work with colleagues across the four Places for Life working groups, who are driving sustainability progress across all Caddick teams, while supporting the company’s wider purpose to “create exceptional places and communities where people thrive”.
