BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Julian Bunting as a director within its building consultancy team.
Bunting joins from ig9 where he was a partner for 18 years and was responsible for leading a team delivering a wide range of building surveying instructions, including major renovation and construction projects.
In his new role, Bunting will work closely with BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of building consultancy Ian Bragg to deliver creative and sustainable solutions for clients to support them in making the most of their property portfolios.
Bragg said: “We are at a time where strategic insight and leadership are essential in navigating the dynamic property and construction markets. Julian’s experience and proven track record in delivering complex instructions is a valuable addition as we continue to expand our service offering to private and public sector clients”.
