Hortons has secured planning consent for the speculative development of 100,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space in the West Midlands.
The company intends to build two units of 40,000 sq ft and 60,000 sq ft on a five-acre plot at Wellington Industrial Estate in Coseley.
Evolution 40 and 60 will offer 10m eaves heights, a secure yard and parking, with access to EV charging. Hortons is targeting an EPC A rating for the units.

The letting agents for the development are Bulleys Chartered Surveyors and Harris Lamb.
