Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Natalia Kowalska from Carter Jonas as an associate director in its urban design and masterplanning team.
Kowalska has 14 years’ experience working on urban and architectural projects across the UK, the Netherlands and Poland.
At LSH, she will play a key role in advising the company’s existing clients and securing new urban design mandates.
