Colliers has bolstered its London retail team appointing two new graduate surveyors.
Olivia Hughes and Benjamin Stedman have joined the 21-strong team as graduates, advising London estates and landlords across the West End, Canary Wharf and the City, as well as supporting brand representation and acquisition work.
Colliers has also supported the secondment of surveyor Alexandra Cooper-Parry to Related Argent. The four-month role will see Cooper-Parry appointed as asset manager in Related Argent’s retail team, before moving back to Colliers in early 2025.
