Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has appointed two new graduate land consultants in its land and development division.

Bill Tame, who is finishing his degree in property development and planning at Nottingham Trent University, has joined the company’s Loughborough office. Tame (pictured) will work alongside David Hutchinson and the Midlands-based team of Boyer, LRG’s planning consultancy.

The company has also appointed Ben Richards, who has a degree in real estate from Reading University, in the land team, which is based in LRG’s Wokingham head office. He will work alongside Ian Barnett, national land director, and Tim Foreman, managing director of land and new homes at LRG.

Barnett said: “We are delighted to welcome Ben and Bill to LRG. They both really impressed at interviews and have already shown that they have an eye for a development site and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop their career.”
