Clearbell Capital has launched a circa £100m office redevelopment in Glasgow.
The company is seeking tenants for the One Five Zero St Vincent Street scheme, which offers 146,942 sq ft of Grade A space over basement, ground and nine upper storeys.
Sustainability has been at the heart of the redevelopment, with Clearbell targeting net zero carbon in operation, NABERS 5* and BREEAM Outstanding ratings for the building. The retrofit will also focus on minimising embodied carbon, through the retention and repurposing of the existing structure and superstructure.
In addition to providing terrace space of more than 7,500 sq ft, One Five Zero St Vincent Street will feature a gym, yoga studio, library, cinema and auditorium.

Clearbell has appointed JLL and Avison Young as joint letting agents for the scheme.
