Real estate consultancy Hollis has promoted two senior team members to director level.
Gerry McGuigan, who is based in Glasgow and specialises in technical due diligence, development monitoring and planned maintenance, and Chris Baker (pictured), who heads up Hollis’ Winchester office and specialises in project management and contract administration, have both been promoted to director.
Ten other Hollis employees have also been promoted across a range of technical and operational disciplines in the UK.
