IFast Diagnostics has signed for the 3,900 sq ft ground floor of the newly refurbished 1500 Parkway office building at Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham.
The spin-out from Southampton University has signed a five-year lease on the space which will enable it to expand its product development capabilities
IFast is the first occupier of 1500 Parkway and the adjacent 1400 Parkway, which offer 11,500 sq ft of space suitable for office and life science occupiers. The quoting rent for space at 1400 Parkway and 1500 Parkway, which are located in the Solent Village section of Solent Business Park, is £23.50/sq ft.
Jason Webb, director at Hellier Langston, which acted for the landlord on the letting, said: “This move represents a significant step in the evolution of iFast Diagnostics. Their commitment highlights the high specification of the space on offer and its solid ESG credentials.”
