CBRE Investment Management has appointed Alina Iorgulescu from Tritax EuroBox as portfolio manager for its Europe logistics strategy.
Iorgulescu, who has 17 years of real estate experience, spent more than six years as investment director at Tritax EuroBox and prior to that she held a key role in JLL’s pan-European logistics capital markets team.
In her new role, Iorgulescu will be responsible for designing and implementing portfolio strategies for CBRE IM’s European logistics strategy, including supervising performance and investments, and serving as the link between investors and operator teams within the firm’s investor-operator platform.
