Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I has signed for 26,000 sq ft at ARC Uxbridge for the company’s new UK head office.
The business will occupy Building 01, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment leading to it receiving an EPC A and BREEAM Very Good rating.
Andrew Davies, leasing director at ARC, said: “We’re delighted to welcome SBF GB&I to ARC Uxbridge, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter as the company joins leading food and beverage organisations at the campus. This move brings together SBF GB&I’s renowned approach to sustainability and quality with ARC’s dynamic approach to innovation across the campus community.”
