Prologis UK has let the recently refurbished 138,192 sq ft DC2 unit at Prologis Park Pineham in Northampton to Pro Tiler Tools.
The brand, which is part of Topps Group, has signed a 15-year lease on the unit and following completion of the deal the park is now fully let.
The refurbishment of the unit included the installation of LED lighting, EV parking, rainwater harvesting and a fully-electric office, bringing its EPC rating up to an A. The roof is already future-proofed for solar PV.

Being close to our existing operation for our staff, whilst also having the prime distribution location by J15A M1 perfectly meets our logistical and operational needs.
