Hillview Real Estate has completed a hat trick of lettings at Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds.
Fuel card provider Radius has taken a 4,903 sq ft suite on the first floor of Lawnswood House on a five-year lease, global chemical distributor Brenntag has agreed a deal to lease 4,402 sq ft on the ground floor of the same building and Conveyancing Home has taken a further 1,338 sq ft at Mayesbrook House.
The new lettings come off the back of a comprehensive refurbishment project at Lawnswood House, with 37,765 sq ft of offices across four floors transformed into high-quality, contemporary workspaces.
Dom Ketteringham, asset manager at Hillview Real Estate, said: “With great transport links and contemporary workspaces, Lawnswood Business Park is an ideal place for businesses to base themselves. With this in mind, it’s of no surprise to see space at the park continue to get snapped up by ambitious businesses. We look forward to continuing to work with JLL and WSB moving forward to meet the evolving needs of the region’s businesses.”
Christabelle Day, surveyor at JLL, which is joint agent at the park with WSB, added: “Past years have seen demand for high quality office space increase in the region, and the continued uptake of space at Lawnswood Business Park indicates that this trend is only set to persist.
“Lawnswood Business Park is continuing to cement a position as one of the most exciting locations for businesses to set up shop, and spaces such as the newly refurbished Lawnswood House will be integral in ensuring that there is sufficient infrastructure to allow businesses to thrive.”
